FSE Registration
The FOG module tracks Food Service Establishments (FSEs) and their grease control equipment — grease traps and grease interceptors.
Registering an FSE
- Create or select a facility, then navigate to the FOG tab.
- Click Register FSE.
- Enter FSE-specific details:
- FSE Type — Full-service restaurant, fast food, bakery, grocery deli, etc.
- Seating Capacity
- Operating Hours
- Add grease control equipment:
- Equipment Type — Grease Trap (indoor, under-sink) or Grease Interceptor (outdoor, in-ground)
- Capacity — Gallons
- Manufacturer and Model
- Installation Date
- Required Pump-Out Frequency — Monthly, quarterly, etc.
- Click Save.
Compliance Tracking
Each FSE's compliance status is determined by whether pump-outs are being performed on schedule and whether the 25% rule is being met (grease accumulation should not exceed 25% of the trap's total capacity).
