FSE Registration

The FOG module tracks Food Service Establishments (FSEs) and their grease control equipment — grease traps and grease interceptors.

Registering an FSE

  1. Create or select a facility, then navigate to the FOG tab.
  2. Click Register FSE.
  3. Enter FSE-specific details:
    • FSE Type — Full-service restaurant, fast food, bakery, grocery deli, etc.
    • Seating Capacity
    • Operating Hours
  4. Add grease control equipment:
    • Equipment Type — Grease Trap (indoor, under-sink) or Grease Interceptor (outdoor, in-ground)
    • Capacity — Gallons
    • Manufacturer and Model
    • Installation Date
    • Required Pump-Out Frequency — Monthly, quarterly, etc.
  5. Click Save.

Compliance Tracking

Each FSE's compliance status is determined by whether pump-outs are being performed on schedule and whether the 25% rule is being met (grease accumulation should not exceed 25% of the trap's total capacity).
