Submitting Results via the Tester Portal
If your jurisdiction has granted you portal access, you can submit backflow test results electronically.
How to Submit
- Log in to the portal at your jurisdiction's SmartComply URL.
- Click Submit Test Result.
- Search for the assembly by serial number, address, or facility name.
- Enter test details:
- Test date
- Result (Pass/Fail)
- Gauge readings for each check valve and relief valve
- Repairs performed (if any)
- Click Submit.
Submission Confirmation
After submitting, you'll receive a confirmation with a reference number. The result is immediately visible to the jurisdiction and updates the assembly's compliance status.
Viewing Your History
The portal dashboard shows all your submitted results, their status (accepted, pending review, rejected), and any feedback from the jurisdiction.
