Reduce List Size
Large unfiltered lists (thousands of records) may take longer to load. Use filters to narrow results before browsing.
Check Internet Connection
SmartComply is a web application — a stable internet connection is required. If you're in the field with intermittent connectivity, consider using the offline queue feature.

SmartComply works best on the latest versions of:

- Microsoft Edge
- Mozilla Firefox
- Safari (macOS and iOS)
If you're using an older browser version, updating may resolve performance issues.
