Common Errors
"Missing Required Field"
Your file is missing a column mapped to a required field (e.g., Facility Name or Address). Add the missing column or map an existing column to the required field.
"Invalid Date Format"
Dates must be in a recognizable format (MM/DD/YYYY, YYYY-MM-DD, etc.). Check for text strings like "N/A" or blank cells in date columns.
"Duplicate Detected"
The system found an existing record with the same key field (serial number, permit number, etc.). Choose to Skip, Update, or Create New in the duplicate handling options.
"File Too Large"
Files over 50MB are rejected. Split large files into smaller batches. For very large migrations, contact support for assistance.
"Column Not Mapped"
Some of your columns weren't automatically mapped. This is OK — unmapped columns are simply ignored. Map them manually if you want the data imported.
