Periodic Reports

SmartComply generates formatted compliance reports aligned with regulatory requirements.

Available Report Types

  • Pretreatment Semi-Annual Report — EPA-required summary of IU compliance, violations, and enforcement actions.
  • Pretreatment Annual Report — Comprehensive yearly program summary.
  • MS4 Annual Report — MCM-aligned report covering all six minimum control measures.
  • Backflow Program Summary — Annual summary of assemblies, tests, compliance rates, and enforcement.
  • FOG Program Summary — Annual overview of FSE compliance, pump-out activity, and inspections.

Generating a Report

  1. Go to Reports → New Report.
  2. Select the report type and reporting period.
  3. The system auto-populates data from your records.
  4. Review each section. Use Generate with AI for narrative sections.
  5. Sign with CROMERR-grade e-signature if required.
  6. Export as PDF or submit electronically.
