AI QA Checks

SmartComply runs automated quality assurance checks across your data to ensure completeness and consistency.

Common Checks

• Missing required fields — Facilities without addresses, assemblies without serial numbers, etc.
• Date inconsistencies — Test dates before installation dates, expired permits with active status.
• Orphan records — Test results linked to non-existent assemblies or facilities.
• Compliance gaps — Assemblies without any test in the required period.
• Duplicate detection — Facilities or assemblies that appear to be duplicates based on name/address similarity.

Running QA

QA checks run automatically on import and can be triggered manually from Tools → Run QA Check. Results appear as a prioritized list of issues, each with a recommended action.
