Managing Team & Roles

Add, remove, and modify team member roles. Understand role-based access control.

Team & Role Management

Navigate to Settings → Team Members to manage your workspace's users.

Viewing Team Members

The team page shows a table of all users with their name, email, role, and last active date. Use the search bar to find specific members.

Changing Roles

  1. Click the menu on a team member's row.
  2. Select Change Role.
  3. Choose the new role from the dropdown.
  4. Confirm the change.

Removing Members

Click ⋯ → Remove to revoke a member's access. Their historical activity (audit log entries, recorded tests, etc.) is retained.
