AI helps. You decide.
AI is good at reading messy spreadsheet headers and guessing what each column means. It's not the right thing to trust for the parts that matter for compliance. So we use it for suggestions only — you approve every import, and the actual save runs the same way every time.
1. Upload your file
Drop in a spreadsheet — CSV or Excel. We look at the column names and a few sample rows, then suggest where each column should go in SmartComply, with notes like “this looks like an MM/DD/YY date” or “these values look like Low/Medium/High.”
2. Review and approve
You see every suggested match in one view: the column name, where it's going, and any warnings. Change anything that's wrong, then approve. Nothing imports without your sign-off.
3. Save it for next time
Give your approved setup a name — like “BSI Manager Q export.” The next file with the same columns imports straight through. One upload, done. No review, no waiting.
